Returns & refunds

We want you and your cat to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or store credit, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue so we can assist you.
